"Bailey became my insurance agent after my former agent retired. We talked for the first time recently when she offered to walk me through my coverage for an annual check in. It was really helpful since I tend to not pay too close attention to those things. She pointed out areas for discounts and offered up thoughts in other coverage, but she wasn’t pushy at all about upselling. She’s kind and knowledgeable and I would recommend her!"

"Just received a phone call from Aaron at this State Farm office. As I tried to explain to him that he had reached an incorrect number, he rudely told me he had just talked to a different person on my number (mind you it's a number I've had for 20 years so I know he did not) and proceeded to hang up on me. I would certainly question how he would treat me as a customer if this is how he responds to someone on the phone whose business he might have had the opportunity to quote. I can mark State Farm off my list as a possible insurance company."
